Consta de tres pilares: dialogo pol\u00edtico, cooperaci\u00f3n, y comercio.\u00a0 Hasta la fecha solo el pilar comercial est\u00e1 en vigor, a la espera de ratificaci\u00f3n por parte de la UE de los otros dos pilares. El Acuerdo de Asociaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 el futuro marco jur\u00eddico de las relaciones UE-Centroam\u00e9rica cuando los tres pilares est\u00e9n en vigor.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"es\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"es\">La Sociedad Civil participa en el monitoreo del Ada, bien sea a trav\u00e9s mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n recogidos de forma expl\u00edcita en el Acuerdo de Asociaci\u00f3n, como los Grupos Asesores de la sociedad civil o el Encuentro del Foro Bi-Regional de Di\u00e1logo de la Sociedad Civil (tal como se habla en el art\u00edculo anterior), o bien a trav\u00e9s de su trabajo de an\u00e1lisis, sensibilizaci\u00f3n y monitoreo de los impactos del Ada en las poblaciones de las dos regiones.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"es\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"es\">Adem\u00e1s, el Acuerdo de Asociaci\u00f3n recoge en su articulado referencias a una serie de Convenios en materia laboral y medioambiental, las cuales desde la Sociedad Civil debemos tener en cuenta a la hora de monitorear el Acuerdo.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"es\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"es\">Con el objetivo de conocer m\u00e1s el Acuerdo de Asociaci\u00f3n UE-Centroam\u00e9rica, hemos preparado un breve documento en el que se incluyen cuestiones como:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"es\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se firm\u00f3 el acuerdo?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 partes contiene?, como est\u00e1 el proceso de ratificaci\u00f3n?, \u00bfQu\u00e9 espacios oficiales est\u00e1n contemplados dentro del Ada para participaci\u00f3n de la Sociedad Civil? \u00bfExiste una cl\u00e1usula democr\u00e1tica? \u00bfQu\u00e9 convenciones se recogen en relaci\u00f3n al comercio y el desarrollo sostenible?<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"es\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span lang=\"es\">Para conocer la respuesta a estas y otras preguntas, les dejamos con el brochure:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p>DOCUMENTO RELACIONADO:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eulatnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Brochure-AdA-UE-CA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\">Brochure Acuedro de Asociaci\u00f3n UE-CA<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; El Acuerdo de Asociaci\u00f3n Uni\u00f3n Europea \u2013 Centroam\u00e9rica\u00a0 (AdA) se firm\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2012.
